In this breakdown, I share the full process of recreating a nostalgic piston toy gun, from modeling in Plasticity to texturing in Substance Painter and rendering in Marmoset Toolbag. It was a fun challenge to capture the look and feel of cheap plastic while keeping the details as realistic as possible.
